Danielle (Dani) Maury is the Founder and Executive Director of Gold and Pearls Collective, a purpose-driven, multi-hypenate nonprofit dedicated to empowering youth and women through leadership development, mentorship, service, and character-building programs. With a deep commitment to community impact and faith-centered leadership, Danielle founded Gold and Pearls Collective to create structured opportunities that cultivate confidence, excellence, and legacy in the next generation.
A visionary leader and entrepreneur, Danielle is passionate about developing programs that shape young leaders into poised, purpose-driven individuals who are equipped to succeed academically, socially, spiritually, and professionally. She is purposely building a movement that promotes leadership, service, discipline, and personal growth.
Beyond her nonprofit work, Danielle is a business owner, minister, and community advocate who believes in creating sustainable systems that strengthen families and communities. As a devoted wife and mother of four in Oxford, Mississippi, Danielle leads with compassion, resilience, and unwavering faith.
