The Youth Leadership Academy is a six-module curriculum built to develop leadership skills in students in grades 4 through 6. Each cohort works through the full series together, closing out with a celebratory party marking their growth and completion.
The Academy runs as two dedicated cohorts each program year, keeping group sizes small — 10 to 15 students — so every participant gets real mentorship and attention.
Students move through six leadership-focused modules across the cohort’s session, building confidence, character, and community connection. The program closes with a celebratory party honoring each participant’s completion of the series.
