Gold and Pearls Collective began as a simple act of service rooted in a passion for empowering others. What started as Danielle’s personal pageant platform, Be Your Own Beautiful, focused on mentoring and encouraging local girls through empowerment sleepovers, Saturday team-building activities, and confidence-building experiences designed to help them see their worth and potential.
As the need in the community grew, the vision expanded. The platform evolved into FinActiv, a financial empowerment initiative that provided monthly virtual workshops for women and interactive financial education sessions for children, equipping families with practical tools to build stability and confidence in their financial futures.
Recognizing the opportunity to create a larger, more structured impact, Danielle launched a nonprofit called The Jewel Society to bring together volunteerism, pageantry, leadership development, and community service under one mission. In June 2025, the organization was officially rebranded as Gold and Pearls Collective, reflecting a stronger vision: to empower youth, women, and families through leadership development, financial literacy, confidence-building, and community support.
Today, Gold and Pearls Collective stands as a growing movement committed to building confident leaders, strengthening families, and creating lasting generational impact in communities that need it most.

Danielle (Dani) Maury is the Founder and Executive Director of Gold and Pearls Collective, a purpose-driven, multi-hyphenate nonprofit dedicated to empowering youth and women through leadership development, mentorship, service, and character-building programs. With a deep commitment to community impact and faith-centered leadership, Danielle founded Gold and Pearls Collective to create structured opportunities that cultivate confidence, excellence, and legacy in the next generation.
A visionary leader and entrepreneur, Danielle is passionate about developing programs that shape young leaders into poised, purpose-driven individuals who are equipped to succeed academically, socially, spiritually, and professionally. She is purposely building a movement that promotes leadership, service, discipline, and personal growth.
Beyond her nonprofit work, Danielle is a business owner, minister, and community advocate who believes in creating sustainable systems that strengthen families and communities. Her leadership is rooted in service, integrity, and the belief that every young person and woman deserves access to mentorship, opportunity, and a platform to thrive.
As a devoted wife and mother of four in Oxford, Mississippi, Danielle leads with compassion, resilience, and unwavering faith. Her mission is clear: to build a legacy organization that empowers generations to walk in purpose, lead with excellence, and become gold-standard leaders in their communities.
